C.P.R.S. conducts its business meeting the last Monday of every month. The minutes of the meeting are recorded.
June 2008
Members Present: David, Elsa, Kenny & Myself 6/30/08 (Monday)
7:10pm
David showed the group Youtube clips of Gettysburg ghosts.
Elsa told us that Sandra is still experiencing strange phenomenon
at Her home.
Made mention of the newspaper article due in the Robesonian
on the 6th of June.
Kenny and Elsa discussed going back to the Carter house and
investigating the graveyard.
Our group is having a workshop on September the 20th.
Our group is having a ghost walk on October the 25th.
I volunteered to design our ghost walk brochures.
Discussed, shirts, caps, and sweat shirts.

Here are the minutes for the July monthly meeting.
Meeting started at 7 pm with the welcome of members and guest.
Three members were in attendance.
We had six guest that attended the meeting.
Two guest requested a investigation at there house as soon as possible. Friday Aug 1st was chosen and confirmed to be a good time with the guest.
Three other guest showed an interest in becoming members. They all shared there interest and stories.
Kenny and David shared with the guest information about the team, what we do and how we operate.
Kenny talked about the residence in Pembroke and all members agreed it needed to be investigated but no date was set.
New business cards where given out to members and guest.
David showed all the guest pics and evp's that the team have collected.
Meeting was closed at 9 pm and guest were thanked for attending and welcomed back to the next meeting.
Next meeting is scheduled for August 25 2008
